Meals for the Week, Aug 10-16

Trying to do some more low-carb meals, we checked out a couple of cookbooks from the library this week. The first is Amanda Hughes’ The wicked good ketogenic diet cookbook. Here’s one recipe we’ll try:

  • Crisp Bacon and Blue Cheese Zoodles (p.95)

The second is Mellissa Sevigny’s Keto for Life. We’ll do

  • Chicken Tetrazzini (p. 150)
  • Shrimp Fajitas (p.240) w/ Cream Cheese Wraps (p.70)

In addition, here’s some other meals:
