Trying to do some more low-carb meals, we checked out a couple of cookbooks from the library this week. The first is Amanda Hughes’ The wicked good ketogenic diet cookbook. Here’s one recipe we’ll try:

- Chicken Tetrazzini (p. 150)
- Shrimp Fajitas (p.240) w/ Cream Cheese Wraps (p.70)

- The Korean BBQ Style Cauliflower Lettuce Wraps were amazing!
- Mediterranean Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Artichokes and Capers with Salads
- Burgers wirh Okra Succotash
