Meals for the Week, Sept 7-13

  1. Pork stir fry with sweet chili sauce, green pepper, mushrooms and broccoli on zoodles
  2. Shrimp and Sausage Skillet
  3. Crockpot Lime and Green Chili Pork with Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice – using roasted chilis from Lucky’s
  4. Creamy Green Chili Chicken over sautéed spinach – using the rest of the roasted chilis
  5. Guacamole Turkey Burgers on Pretzilla buns with Bang-Bang Cauliflower
  6. Creamy Reuben Soup with salads

Meals for the Week, Aug 10-16

Trying to do some more low-carb meals, we checked out a couple of cookbooks from the library this week. The first is Amanda Hughes’ The wicked good ketogenic diet cookbook. Here’s one recipe we’ll try:

The second is Mellissa Sevigny’s Keto for Life. We’ll do
