  1. Gyros with Tzatziki on Garlic Naan, with lettuce (need tomatoes)
  2. Soyrizo soft tacos with potatoes, zucchini, and carrots
  3. Three Sisters Bowl–using canned hominy and white beans: need 2 cans each and greens
  4. Tofu Tikka Masala with Spinach on Rice
  5. Pizza with arugula, feta cheese, baby broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes, and kalamata olives
  6. Air Fryer Chicken with Smashed Cucumber Salad (need cucumbers and parsley)
