  1. I needed some ideas and inspiration. Thank you. I now have a pork shoulder in the crock pot to make pulled pork this evening. I use it to top a pile of spring salad mix and it is dinner. Also today I am making my very first baby back ribs. I have been wanting to for a long time. Can’t wait to see how they turn out. Also picked up some fennel and granny smith apples to make the slaw. I am looking forward to it. These will also serve as my lunches for the week. Thank you so much!
